I want to share the birth story of Lizania and how she came to be. Lizania Real is not my real name. It all started when my husband began receiving back-to-back spam text messages claiming he placed 2nd in a raffle. He would win things like ear pods and Apple pods and cash prizes, oh my! Wow, 2nd place. Literally the story of my life.
I’m a 2nd child. Everything growing up was handed down to me — from clothes to experiences. The 1st born child gets every 1st experience, the new clothes, etc. Not me. By the time I was born, most things had been trialed and errored through my older sibling. Not to say I didn’t have a good childhood. I had a really nice childhood. But the story of Lizania has many parallels.
Honestly, none of this is relevant to how Lizania came to be, but I added that for the sake of adding fluff to this post.
Moving on.
After multiple spam text messages, my husband and I came up with the idea to use Lizania as my alias name. After all, I have always wanted to write under an alias name. I feel so much more freedom — a freedom that allows my inner bitch to shine and freely express herself without fear of rejection and judgement. Got a negative comment about my post? I don’t care. You don’t know me. Even if you did, I probably still wouldn’t care.
